Boiled beef recipe 11

Beef 500 grams, ginger 5 grams, 2 potatoes, 1/2 tea spoon of MG, 1 tea spoon of salt, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of potato/rice powder, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper

1. Cut the beef into slices. Cut the peppers and ginger into thin pieces. Cut the potatoes into slices.
2. Mix the beef, salt and potato/rice powder together. Wait for 15 minutes.
3. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the ginger with moderately quick oven for about 30 seonds.
4. Put the beef into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes with moderately quick oven. Take them out from the pan.
5. Put the potatoes into the pan. Stir-fry until they are about 70% well fried. Put the beef, peppers, and 1/2 glass of water into the pan. Cook the food with quick oven until the water boils.
6. Stir-fry the food with moderate oven.
7. When the water in the pan is almost dry, put the soy sauce and MG into the pan. Stir-fry about 10 seconds.
8. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
