Boiled beef & potato

Materials:
Beef 500 grams, 2 potatos, 2 dry chilis, ginger 50 grams, 2 leeks,  red wine 20 ml, 2 tea spoons of salt, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
1. Cook some water. When the water boils, put the beef into the water. Cook the beef for 5-6 minutes. Take the beef out from the water.
2. Cut the beef into chunks. Cut the leeks and dry chilis into small bits. Cut the ginger into slices.
3. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the ginger with moderately quick oven for about 30 seonds.
4. Put the beef into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes with moderate oven. 
5. Put the light soy sauce, the red wine, chilis and some water into the pan. The water must cover all the food in the pan. Cook the food with quick oven until the water boils.
6. Turn into slow oven. Cook the food with slow oven for 1 hr.
7. Put the potatos into the pan. Cook for about a half hr.
8. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
