The mixture of three kinds of vegetarain shreds - how to make Chinese salad - delicious Chinese salad

Materials:
1 coprinus comatus, 1 cucumber, 1/2 carrot, 1/4 onion, 3 pieces of garlic, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, tomato paste, peanut paste, sesame oil, cooking oil

Method:
1. Cut the cucumber into thin shreds. Cut the coprinus comatus into thin shreds. Cut the carrot into thin shreds. Cut the onion into thin shreds. Cut the garlic into small bits.
2. Put the coprinus comatus into boiling water for 10 seconds. Take them out from the water. Squeeze out the water as much as possible from the coprinus comatus. 
3. Put the carrot into boiling water for 10 seconds. Take them out from the water. Squeeze out the water as much as possible from the carrot.
4. Put the onion into boiling water for 10 seconds. Take them out from the water. Squeeze out the water as much as possible from the onion.
5. Mix the onion, carrot, cucumber, coprinus comatus and 1 tea spoon of salt together.
6. Mix 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of sugar, 1 tea spoon of oyster sauce, 1 tea spoon of tomato paste and 1 tea spoon of peanut paste together.
7. Warm 1 soup spoon of sesame oil and 1 soup spoon of cooking oil in a pan. Put the garlic bits in the pan and stir-fry until the garlic bits become a little yellow.
8. Pour everything in the pan into the bowl/plate containing the food made in the step 5.
9. Mix the sauce made in the step 6 togehter with the food of step 8.
